Is my PDF file secure when I upload it?

Yes, absolutely. We use bank-level encryption for all file transfers and processing. Your PDF files are stored securely in our database and are only accessible to you through your account.

How long are my files stored?

Your unlocked PDF files are stored in our secure database so you can download them anytime from your account. You can delete files manually, or they will be automatically removed 30 days after you mark them for deletion.

What if I forgot my PDF password?

Unfortunately, we cannot unlock PDFs without the correct password. Our service requires you to provide the password to remove protection - we cannot crack or guess passwords.

Is there a file size limit?

Yes, we have a file size limit to ensure optimal performance. Each user has a storage quota, and individual files cannot exceed 100MB. You can manage your storage by deleting old files.
